Karen Palmer became our adviser and nothing has been too much trouble. Her enthusiasm for our investments was infectious, however this did not overshadow her very calm, precise and easy to understand explanations about what was involved and how sometimes things will not go how you expect. So we signed up well informed, her openess and easy to understand communication skills are easily matched to her investment skills, clearly years of experience and knowledge have stood her in good stead.
